Olivia has completed advanced training in menopause management with the British Menopause Society. She also wrote the local guidelines for managing unscheduled bleeding on HRT, completing a large audit on this securing recognition from NHSE and NICE.
On the 27th November, Olivia and her fellow colleagues at UHL were presented with their certificates in the NVQ Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques and the Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Improving Operational Performance from the CEO of University Hospitals Leicester, Mr John Adler. This is to support Olivia’s continued self-development as a Clinical Manager.
